Shipping & Returns
Usually orders ship same-day if they are received early enough to make the carriers pickup time, which is around 4PM EST. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
For consecutively numbered products (most tickets, etc.) returns ARE NOT ALLOWED. The reason is simple, we guarantee the products we sell and once a numbered product leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee all numbers are accounted for if returned. This means we cannot resell the product.
All items are shipped insured. This means if it arrives damaged it should be refused by you, the customer. Once accepted by you the carrier will not accept liability for it being damaged in transit and, subsequently, deny a claim. DO NOT accept an item which is damaged.
